Customer-Arranged Same-Day Delivery
For same-day delivery within Bangkok, customers may arrange their own courier through Lalamove, LINE MAN or Grab.
Once your order is ready, the Plenti team will send you a confirmation through LINE. Please wait for this confirmation before booking a driver.
The customer is responsible for:
- Checking the delivery price
- Booking the driver
- Providing the correct pickup and delivery details
- Paying the delivery fee directly to the courier
Plenti does not arrange same-day delivery on the customer’s behalf.
Postal Delivery
Postal delivery is available for eligible products. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking information. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.
Some fresh, frozen, fragile or temperature-sensitive products may not be suitable for postal delivery. If your order includes an item that cannot be shipped, our team will contact you to arrange another option.
